Trish Arcaro has been our Realtor for the last two homes where we both bought and sold property. She has demonstrated expertise, kindness, enthusiasm and professionalism in her transactions with my wife and I. We have only high marks for her services!
A little over a year ago, we first bought a home from Ms. Arcaro where she represented both the seller and the buyer and allowed for much ease as we cooperated for a successful outcome. Her continual interventions and interactions with both parties allowed for a smooth and satisfying process. She was flexible and attentive to our needs in scheduling, and any time constraints presented by either the seller or by our part, and showed no partiality as she dealt with much finessed in her demeanor. Trish is a competent individual and her ability to communicate clearly and timely in multiple arenas, be it in person, phone or electronically is most impressive.
More recently we again approached Ms. Arcaro without hesitation when we wanted to sell one of our homes. We were totally elated when we found that she is consistent in her approach. Also, we were delighted by her ability to connect with individuals who were interested in our home so quickly. Previously, we had tried to sell the same house via other Realtor’s and mostly on our own off and on for years, and it was not until Trish became our realtor for this home that it sold in just a few months after signing an agreement for her services.
