This trip would be my second time attending a NextHome Conference. It was my first time to Houston, Texas and getting to experience this massive state with my amazing partner in crime/husband was just the cherry on top. Let's get to the chase; this conference was way more than I expected. 

The NextHome Annual Conference in Houston, Texas was an exceptional event that left me with a plethora of invaluable insights and takeaways. The energy, culture, and vibe were palpable, and it was clear that everyone in attendance was excited to be there.

The training and speakers were amazing highlights of the entire event. The sessions covered a wide range of topics, from marketing and technology to industry trends and best practices. Speaker such the current President of NAR Kenny Parcell, Jason Morgan, Dave Kerpen, Deshauna Berber and of course the folks that run the show at NextHome all were dynamic, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable, and I was able to learn so much from their expertise.

One takeaway that resonated with me in particular was the importance of having the courage to be different. This message pushed me to showcase more of myself as Maine's Holistic Realtor and Industry Disruptor. I was energized to share my modalities and not be scared to express my unique approach to real estate. I realized that being different and standing out in the industry was a valuable asset that could help set me apart from my competitors.

This message also led me to connect with other like-minded individuals who were also looking to make a difference in the industry. Meeting these individuals was incredibly inspiring, and it was clear that NextHome had created an amazing culture of collaboration and support.

This quote spoke to me “Comparison is the Thief of Joy” ~Theadore Roosevelt. Being myself and showcasing my truest authentic self is the only way for me to achieve success. And even this simple phrase..."Find your Tribe." I know in my heart NextHome Experience Maine is my tribe. I have surrounded myself with amazing, talented, vibrant people.

Overall, attending the NextHome Annual Conference was a truly transformative experience that left me with a renewed sense of motivation and inspiration. The energy, culture, and training were all top-notch, and I left feeling confident and empowered to apply what I had learned to my own work. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this incredible event, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for me and the NextHome community.
